Rediscover balance

Rediscover, redefine, and restore your authentic self.

Sound like you?

It can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. The struggle to get to the end of each day can seem overwhelming. It’s like you can never get ahead.

You’re stronger than how you feel right now. You want someone who will listen and validate you.

Medical trauma tries to take away your power. I’m here for you.

I’m here for you.

  • Medical trauma creates anxiety and chaos in your nervous system.

  • You’ll be given ideas and resources about how to bring homeostasis back to your nervous system.

  • We’ll process your “new” norm.

  • You may choose to process through brainspotting and/or trauma-conscious yoga.

Relationships are beautiful and wonderfully complex.

  • Discover ways to enhance your communication with your partner(s).

  • Move toward a healthier attachment style which is nurturing and validating for you.

  • Explore how to communicate healthy boundaries with compassion.

  • Respond to your partner(s) boundaries with compassion.

Life changes - life transitions

Therapy to rediscover, redefine, and restore your true self

  • It’s easy to feel like the “walls are talking” as a new empty nester.

  • You may be in the process of finding yourself after your marriage/partnership has ended.

  • I often hear “I’m bored now” among new retirees, and you might feel similarly.

  • You could be trying to find a sense of empowerment during the aging process.

What we’ll work on

You’ll walk away with —

01

The feeling that you have the space to talk to someone who accepts and listens to you.

02

The coping skills and an actionable plan to get through the struggles of day-to-day life.

03

A sense of validation that you can become your authentic self, rather than judgement for not having instantly met all your hopes.

04

The opportunities and encouragement to use your voice in a way that matters to you and your goals.

Questions? I’ve got answers.

Frequently asked questions —

  • Anxiety is real. As your therapist, we will work together to explore many resources to help you cope and manage your anxiety.

  • Life transitions are unique to each person. Many clients I work with are going through some sort of change with their partner/relationship.

  • Brainspotting is one tool used for processing. Brainspotting is unique for each person, and each brainspotting experience is different. You are in control during brainspotting.
